Transit to Compostela Valley Province from flights arriving in Davao City International Airport can then be made by land aboard buses at Ecoland Terminal that ply to Tagum City Terminal ( 1 hour travel time ) in transit to Maragusan ( 2 hours travel time ). Van Rental is also available with special rates from Davao or Tagum City.

The grade school faculty of Ateneo de Davao University went on a retreat at Haven's Peak, Maragusan, Compostela Valley. The trip to the gorgeous valley was about 4 hours, over mountains and dales. At Maragusan, the weather is mountain cold like Baguio, but better without the pollution and the intrusion of modern life. It is really suited for an art retreat.
